Nothing is deleted, and nothing you wrote is touched. Your progress, your dates, your written answers and your whole plan stay exactly where they are and keep syncing across your devices, because those are free features. Journeys you claimed or have progress in stay open — only unstarted journeys past your 10 claims drop back to the peek. Your proof page goes offline and the exports switch off until you resubscribe. That is the entire difference.

No. Signed out, everything runs in your browser and your record lives in localStorage. Making an account moves it to our database so it survives a cleared cache and follows you to your phone — and if you'd already ticked things off, signing in folds that work in rather than overwriting it.

Only what you've explicitly shared. Progress sharing is off by default on every group you join, you turn it on per group, and you can turn it back off at any moment. A coach's plan does not override your consent — the server checks role, entitlement and your opt-in before returning a single row.
